  • Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored and securely processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Information Automatically Collected: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Site. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Site.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information collected via our Site for a variety of business purposes described below:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use your email to send stateless JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for secure access.
  • To fulfill and manage your orders: We use your information to fulfill and manage your subscriptions, payments, and tier upgrades.
  • To deliver SMS notifications: If you opt-in at checkout, we use your phone number to deliver automated subscription alerts, dashboard updates, and promotional content.
  • To protect our Services: We use information as part of our efforts to keep our Site safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring, bot detection, and rate limiting).

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party data brokers.

MOBILE INFORMATION SHARING (SMS COMPLIANCE): Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) strictly to access or store information essential for maintaining your secure session within the Oracle Dashboard. We do not use invasive cross-site tracking pixels for third-party advertising aggregation.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Your account is protected via stateless JWT and encrypted "Magic Links" to eliminate the risk of traditional password database breaches.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 (and of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
